We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2nd Islands Water Congress.
The Islands Water Congress is one of the world’s leading forums dedicated specifically to freshwater management in island settings. The second edition is co-hosted by the International Water Resources Association (IWRA) and the Water Resources Authority of Jamaica (WRA) and officially takes place 27–29 January 2027 in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Under the theme Resilient Islands: Securing Water for Sustainable Development in a Changing World, the 2nd Islands Water Congress explores innovative approaches to strengthening water security and resilience across island communities while amplifying island voices in the global water dialogue.
Participants are encouraged to register early to take advantage of the available registration phases:
- Early Registration: until 15 September 2026
- Normal Registration: 16 September – 15 November 2026
- Late Registration: 16 November 2026 – 15 January 2027
