The World Congress of Environmental History is the chief activity of the ICEHO and is called every 5 years. Previous editions in Copenhagen (Denmark, 2009) and Guimarães (Portugual, 2014) consolidated the WCEH as a unique opportunity for scholars from different disciplines to situate environmental history in a planetary perspective.
