Professional Experience: Henning is one of the world’s most solid water professionals and researchers. He has served in several IWRA positions. He is a well-known Australian academic, and over the past 10 years he has played an important role in capacity building of African water professionals.

Recognition and Memberships: He served as Vice-President of the IWRA Executive Board (2022-2024).
