Eliana Harrigan is the Communications Coordinator at the IWRA. She leads the Association’s communications, overseeing its digital presence, publications, campaigns, and multimedia content to strengthen engagement, visibility, and the impact of IWRA’s work.

She has extensive experience in strategic communications and water sector storytelling, including supporting international events and initiatives that translate complex water issues into accessible insights for diverse audiences.
