Dr-Ing Dahlia Sabri is the Founder and chairperson of MEYAH-Arab International Water Foundation, Egypt. Dahlia is a Water and Development Technical Adviser. Dahlia earned a PhD and Master of Science in Civil Engineering, specialised in Water Resources Engineering from the University of TU-Berlin, Germany, a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from Lund University, Sweden and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, Egypt. She served as Board member at IWRA from 2021 – 2024, and is the current Chair of the IWRA Egypt Chapter.
