Diego Zorrilla joined the IWRA Communication team in March 2026 as Digital Media Officer. He is a journalist, editor, and media executive with over 35 years of experience, including 25 years in digital media.

Diego graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, specialised in Journalism. He is also a 2012 Fellow of the Punch Sulzberger Executive Leadership Programme at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism—a challenge-based intensive course for media industry leaders.

Prior to joining IWRA, he held senior roles in global organisations such as ESPN and The Walt Disney Company, leading pan-regional teams across the Americas. An Argentinian national, Diego is based in Buenos Aires.
