Monica works as Project Officer for IWRA, coordinating the project Smart Water Cities in collaboration with the Korea Water Resources Corporation and Asia Water Council. For information on the Smart Water Cities project, click here.
Monica holds a PhD in Government from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and is interested in water regulation and management, amongst others. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Public Policy, the International Review of Administrative Sciences and the International Journal of Public Administration amongst others, as well as in various chapters in edited books.
She speaks Spanish, English and French.
