Kara DiFrancesco is the founder of Wicked Water Strategies, a consulting firm that develops water resource management strategies to meet the changing needs of humans and nature, now and under future climatic and socioeconomic conditions.

Kara’s firm works to develop holistic strategies that are:  scientifically sound, socially just, and economically and environmentally sustainable.

Her clients range from environmental non-profits to international development banks and government agencies.

Kara also teaches in the natural resources program at Oregon State University in Bend, OR, USA.
