DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nSAVE THE DATES! \n18th International EURO-INBO Conference \nNovember 8-13\, 2020 \nMALTA \nThe 18th International EURO-INBO Conference will take place this year in Malta\, from Sunday 8 November to Friday 13 November 2020\, this year at the invitation of the Maltese authorities. \nOrganizations\, administrations and other stakeholders interested in basin management are invited to participate in the event and share their experiences on basin management during the EURO-INBO sessions (simultaneous translation into English and French will be available) : \n\nThe workshop “Greening the Common Agricultural Policy: challenges and solutions”;The 4 sessions\, which will focus on the following themes:\nSession 1: Involving stakeholders in the basin in the evaluation and evolution of the Water Directives;\nSession 2: Economic tools for basin management: integrating the environment and biodiversity into cost recovery;\nSession 3: Quantitative and sustainable management of water resources;\nSpecial session on international and cross-border cooperation for basin management.\n\nA technical and cultural visit will be organized on the last day\, Friday November 13\, with multiple site options to choose from. \nFor more information\, please contact: secretariat@inbo-news.org
