SUMMARY:IWRA 2020 Online Conference on Groundwater & Climate Change
DESCRIPTION:– Registration Now Open – \nIWRA Online Conference\nAddressing Groundwater Resilience under Climate Change\n28-30 October 2020\n\nThe International Water Resources Association (IWRA)\, jointly with UNESCO Intergovernmental Hydrological Programme (IHP)\, and supported by the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH)\, are excited to launch from the 14th of September 2020 the registration for IWRA’s Online Conference on “Addressing Groundwater Resilience under Climate Change” to take place from Wednesday\, October 28th to Friday\, October 30th 2020.  \nThanks to the generous support of UNESCO-IHP to this online water event\, we are able to grant free access for all registered attendees.  We particularly welcome participation by experts from Africa\, low income countries\, women and youth.  This support will also ensure open access to all conference related materials. \nYou are\, therefore\, cordially invited to register for free to attend this online conference!  Only a limited number of places are available on a first come\, first served basis. \n\n\n\nIf you register for this event\, your registration includes all of the following: \n\nAccess to all sessions\, including Opening and Closing Ceremonies\, High-Level Panel and thematic sessions\nA welcome kit\, including the digital copy of the Programme Book\, logistical and etiquette instructions\, and other useful materials\nThe entire list of recordings\, presentations\, the online conference final report\, and dedicated IWRA policy briefs\n\n\nOnce registered\, you will also have the chance to learn from\, meet and network with other colleagues from the international water community! \n\nNote: The organizers of this event recognize that while all presentations will be live from Wednesday\, October 28th to Friday\, October 30th\, the time difference between all regions of the world constitutes a main concern. Therefore\, all presentations will be recorded and made available on the Online Conference website\, as soon as they become available.  Related questions to all sessions and posters can be sent to online.conference@iwra.org.
