KS3. ROLE & INTERACTION OF DIFFERENT KINDS OF KNOWLEDGE IN AWM

In water governance and management, different types of knowledge (technoscientific, integrative science, indigenous, practical, etc.) play critical roles in informing decision-making and shaping participatory processes such as river basin councils and watershed associations. This session will focus on the role of these different kinds of knowledge and how they complement, contradict, alienate and amalgamate in support of water related decision-making.
